J'adore Skin & Laser Clinics complies with NSW Department Fair Trading: please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change, fill out your personal consultation form & undertake a comprehensive consultation.
Arriving late you will need to rebook, so that our next guest is not delayed.
It is advised & requested that all personal valuables be left at home for security.
J’adore Skin & Laser clinic will accept no responsibility for the safety of personal belongings brought into the clinic property.
J'adore Skin & Laser Clinics has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
Treatments/services are not transferable to other clinics. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or clinics, Pre-pays have a 24 month expiry date. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
Course of Treatments
In many instances a course of specifi c treatments may be recommended for optimum results. You can’t share your package with others.
If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medications, please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling/receiving any services.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations you may have prior to your treatment commencing.
